Project Description

Taleo, an enterprise-level talent-management software service provider, is one of our greatest analytical successes. Tasked with improving the performance of the site to achieve marketing goals of increased online leads. A careful review of traffic patterns, including enhancements to google tracking for greater insight into user interactions, yielded a number suggestions and improvements Taleo agreed to let us implement. One of the key improvements was to develop a method of "progressive profiling" to build a lead profile over time, which was far less daunting than long forms they were using. Less drop-off, the interactions increased, and the work resulted in a 300% increase in sales leads.

Oracle purchased Taleo not soon after that, with intentions of absorbing the website and content into the Oracle domain. Our primary was hired to rebrand the Taleo site to Oracle branding, provide support and maintenance, and work with the Oracle IT team until the old site could be replaced.
